How does annual billing work?
Pay yearly upfront and save 20% versus monthly. Starter drops from $400 to $320 per seat per month, billed as $3,840 per seat per year. You can switch back to monthly at renewal.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on the Growth plan with no credit card. Build a list from the lead database, let Duo research and write, run real dial sessions, book real meetings. If you subscribe, you keep your numbers, recordings, and sequences. If not, we delete your data within 30 days.
Where does the contact data and buying-intent come from?
Growth and Scale include a B2B lead database with people search, so you can build lists by firmographics, technology, and role. Cordiul also pulls buying-intent signals, funding, hiring, job changes, tech installs, and site visits, from real providers and surfaces the accounts worth reaching now. On Scale you can plug in your own intent sources.
What does the Duo AI actually do?
Duo reads the open web, news, funding, hiring, and the prospect's own posts, to find an angle, then writes personalized emails and whole sequences in your voice. Your reps edit and approve; they never start from a blank page. Scale adds Duo Copilot sequence generation and Duo Voice.
How do you protect email deliverability?
Every plan verifies inboxes and monitors number health. Growth and Scale add inbox warm-up plus open and click tracking, so your emails land and you can branch sequences on engagement without burning sender reputation as volume grows.
Will prospects hear a delay when they pick up?
No. Cordiul connects your rep in under a second, before the prospect finishes saying hello. The awkward pause you remember from old power dialers is what we built this product to kill.
Do parallel dialers get my numbers flagged as spam?
Not if you manage number health, which Cordiul does for you. We monitor flag status on every number, rotate them before reputation dips, and register your caller ID with the major carriers. Scale plans add custom dialing pools for heavier volume.
Which CRMs do you support?
HubSpot on every plan with inbound contact and deal sync. Growth and Scale also log outbound calls and emails back to HubSpot when a connection is active. Salesforce inbound sync is available on Growth and Scale. No CRM? Import a CSV and export contacts whenever you like.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
We warn you at 80%. After that you can top up at cost or upgrade your plan, and your dial sessions keep running either way. We never cut you off mid-session.
