Getting Started

Welcome to Cordiul! This guide will help you get up and running quickly.

New user?

Make sure you've completed the sign-up process and verified your email address before getting started.

Quick Setup Checklist

1. Set Up Phone Numbers
Add a phone number to start making calls
  1. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers
  2. Click "Provision New Number" to add a phone number
  3. Phone numbers are automatically provisioned when you start dialing if you don't have one
  4. Set a primary number for outbound calls
2. Configure Your Settings
Customize your dialer and account settings
  • Phone Numbers: Manage your calling numbers
  • Billing: Set up payment methods and view invoices
  • API Keys: Generate keys for API access
  • Integrations: Connect HubSpot and other tools
3. Add Contacts
Import or create contacts to start calling

Option 1: Import from HubSpot

  • Go to the Dialer page
  • Click "Import from HubSpot" (or "Connect HubSpot" if not connected)
  • Authorize the connection and import your contacts

Option 2: Upload CSV

  • Prepare a CSV file with columns: name, phone_number, email, company
  • Go to the Dialer page and use the CSV import feature
  • Map your CSV columns to the required fields

Option 3: Create Manually

  • Use the "Add Contact" button in the dialer
  • Fill in the contact details

Your First Call

  1. Navigate to the Dialer page
  2. Select contacts from your list or create a contact list
  3. Choose your phone number (or let the system auto-provision one)
  4. Click "Start Dialing" to begin your call campaign
  5. During calls, you'll see contact information and can manage the call
