Step-by-Step Guide

1. Import or Add Contacts

Before you can make calls, you need contacts in your dialer. You have several options:

  • HubSpot Import: Click "Import from HubSpot" to sync your HubSpot contacts
  • CSV Upload: Upload a CSV file with your contacts
  • Manual Entry: Add contacts one by one using the "Add Contact" button
2. Create Contact Lists (Optional)

Organize your contacts into lists for better campaign management:

  1. Select contacts from the table
  2. Click "Create List from Selection"
  3. Name your list and save it
  4. Select the list to filter contacts
3. Configure Phone Numbers

Phone numbers are automatically provisioned when needed, but you can also:

  • Manually provision numbers from the phone number selector
  • Set a primary number for outbound calls
  • Manage multiple numbers for different campaigns
4. Start Dialing
  1. Select contacts or a contact list
  2. Choose your phone number (or use auto-provisioned)
  3. Configure queue settings (parallel calls, auto-dial, etc.)
  4. Click "Start Dialing" to begin
  5. Monitor active calls in the call interface
5. During Calls

While on a call, you have access to:

  • Contact Summary Panel: View enriched contact information including LinkedIn, company, and more
  • Call Controls: Mute, hold, or hangup the call
  • Call Duration: Track how long you've been on the call
  • Disposition: Mark the outcome of the call after hanging up

Queue Settings

Parallel Calls

Control how many calls can be active simultaneously. Higher numbers increase throughput but require more phone numbers.

Auto-Dial Next

When enabled, the system automatically dials the next contact in the queue when a call ends.

Queue Management

View queue statistics, pause/resume dialing, and clear the queue as needed.
